Membership
Adult Membership
 Adults wishing to apply for membership should complete
a proposal form (available in the clubhouse). Any two Members may propose
and second an application for membership of a candidate known personally
to them, and must support that application by a letter to the Secretary /
Manager stating the grounds of their acquaintance, and taking responsibility
for their eligibility.
If you do not have a proposer please write an application for membership to the Secretary / Manager outlining your golfing experience.
Following receipt of your proposal form or letter you will be invited to attend an interview with a Membership Panel appointed by the Committee. The Membership Panel has delegated powers to approve applications for membership, but any decision to refuse an application for membership will be confirmed by the full Committee.
The Club is not obliged to give a reason to any unsuccessful applicant.
Once you have been accepted as a member you will receive a copy of the rules, and etiquette handbook, together with the fixtures for the forthcoming year.

Temporary Membership
Once the gentlemen's membership ceiling is reached, in accordance with club rule 3.2 the club will be unable to accept further members until a space becomes available.
The Club can offer a temporary membership enabling the person to play as follows:
Monday - Friday - excluding tee reservations
Sunday - After 11.30am
If you are offered temporary membership it is expected that you will pay the full fees (pro-rata) once a space becomes available, together with the joining fee. If you do not take the full membership your temporary membership will end.
As a temporary member you will be eligible to play in competitions held on the days on which you are permitted to play.
Temporary membership fees are £30.00 per month paid to the end of the membership year i.e. 30th September.
Junior members
Junior members should complete an application form available from the junior notice board or Club Secretary. On receipt of you application you may be invited to meet with the Secretary / Manager and possibly a committee member.
Once you have been accepted as member you will be forward the club rules and etiquette hand book. In addition to these you will
receive a fixture book. In the fixture book we list the members of the club, however, we do not include junior members in this section.
We hold coaching sessions for junior members during the summer on a Monday evening. These are held with PGA professional, Adrian Clifford and our Junior Organiser will also be present. There are no additional charges for these sessions.
Juniors do not have to pay a joining fee.
